"La grange" is a traditionally converted barn on 5.5 acres of land.
It sleeps 9 adults plus one or two babies.
The ground floor bedroom and shower room are both wheelchair friendly.
The accommodation has a master bedroom that is air conditioned for the summer holidays,
one twin bedroom with two large single beds,
a mezzanine bedroom with one single bed and one double,
and a ground floor bedroom with one double bed.
A portable cot is also available & there is also a double sofa bed in the living room.
"La grange" is central heated & also has a large log burning fire for Winter holidays.
It is fully equipped with everything usually found at home, including Ipod docking station,
wifi internet connection, UK free to air satellite TV, large cooker,
dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer.
Linen and towels are included.
The holiday accommodation also has a large covered terrace
for dining and lounging outside with a large barbecue
plus a 5 meter diameter round above ground swimming pool.
The holiday accommodation is situated on the grounds of two small private fishing lakes
containing carp up to 50 lb +.
You can go fishing all day and night if you want at no extra cost.
The local Area near the holiday accommodation is ideal for walking and cycling, as it is very rural,
but it is also within easy reach of all amenities.
Dax with every shop imaginable is only 10 kms away.
Clermont has it's own bar restaurant and small shop and is only a 10 minute walk .
The Nearest market town is Pomarez 5 km away
which has is own supermarket and post office, doctors surgery, hairdresser and tennis courts.
